We stand behind every Sinkly order. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked, provided the item is in its original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us and we'll send the correct one right away at no charge.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Email us at hello@sinkly.store with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24 hours and aim to resolve every issue within 48 hours.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
