Welcome to Sinkly. These terms govern your use of sinkly.store and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them.

Who we are

Sinkly (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells under-sink organisers direct to customers worldwide through sinkly.store. You can reach us any time at sinkly.store@gmail.com.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). They exclude any duties or import taxes that may apply in your country. We work hard to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors occasionally happen. If we find an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing so you can continue at the correct price or cancel.

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable or we suspect fraud — in which case we issue a full refund.

Shipping

Delivery times, methods and any costs are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Returns and refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee and the returns process are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your country.

Warranty

Every Sinkly organiser is covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, accidents or normal wear. To make a claim, email sinkly.store@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

All content on sinkly.store — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Sinkly and may not be copied or reused without our permission. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or disrupt it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sinkly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, where Sinkly is based, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
